Full Paper Submission Guidelines
Expand the sections below to read in more detail about the paper submission.
-
The use of artificial intelligence (AI)–generated text in a manuscript must be disclosed in the Acknowledgements section of any paper submitted to ISPCS 2026. Any section of the paper that includes AI-generated text must include a citation to the AI system used to generate that content, in accordance with IEEE publication policies.
-
Please note that at least one author of each accepted paper must register for and attend ISPCS 2026 and present the paper at the conference for it to be included in the proceedings. Papers that do not meet these requirements will not be published. No exceptions will be made.
-
Authors are invited to submit a full paper of six (6) pages describing original research results, technical contributions, or practical applications relevant to the scope of ISPCS 2026.
Papers must present a complete and well-organized description of the proposed work.
Submissions should clearly explain the significance of the contribution and include appropriate references.
Papers must demonstrate originality, technical quality, clarity of presentation, and relevance to the conference scope.
Submissions that are shorter than six pages may be automatically rejected.
All manuscripts must be prepared using the standard IEEE Conference Manuscript Templates. Use of the IEEE template is mandatory, and any deviation may result in rejection by the submission system.
-
All submitted manuscripts will be reviewed by the ISPCS Technical Program Committee. Authors of accepted papers must submit a final version by the published deadline, complete conference registration, and present their work at the conference.
The maximum length for final papers is six (6) pages, with no exceptions.
All accepted and presented papers will be submitted for publication in IEEE Xplore and indexed by EI/Compendex.
Papers will include the statement:
“This full text paper was peer-reviewed at the direction of IEEE prior to acceptance and publication.”
-
Papers must be prepared using the IEEE Conference Paper Templates (Word or LaTeX).
Use A4 format when preparing manuscripts in Word or LaTeX.
Failure to use the IEEE template may result in exclusion from the conference proceedings.
